At Road Master, our biggest asset is our people. They make us who we are. Their safety is our utmost concern. And we take their safety very seriously. Generally, we ensure that all our operators and mechanics are fully aware of the environment they operate in, and that they are adequately trained to overcome foreseeable hazards inherent in their line of work. With a zero tolerance level towards non-compliance, we make sure that our personnel have the necessary training and knowledge of HSE compliance and regularly update them through trainings and in-house lectures and briefings. As a general rule of thumb, our safety policy governs and encompasses the following:

a) Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;

b) Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety;

c) Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;

d) Ensure safe handling and use of substances;

e) Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees;

f) Ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training;

g) Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health;

h) Maintain safe and healthy working conditions

We regularly update and keep expanding upon our HSE manual, and ensure that we are compliant with current and updated HSE standards and regulations.
